INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cabbage, celery, apples, green onions and cumin seeds together in large
bowl. Whisk together mustard, vinegar and oil. Toss with cabbage mixture,
cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Cut the sliced meats and cheese into strips. To serve, toss cabbage
mixture again and place on large platter. Arrange sliced meats and cheese
on top, garnish with olives. Yield: 6 servings Typed in MMFormat by
