INSTRUCTIONS
Place in the machine in the order listed. Program for basic white bread
and press start. Bake it in the machine for a high domed loaf or do it by
hand in the traditional braid.
Whole wheat pastry flour is called for - for a lighter texture.
A very flavorful light textured high loaf. Excellent!
