INGREDIENTS

Thin-sliced sandwich bread
1 1/2 c Minced; cooked chicken
1 Hard-cooked egg; sieved
1/2 ts Grated onion
1/8 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Buy unsliced bread and have it sliced very thin lengthwise at the bakery.
Combine minced chicken, sieved hard-cooked egg, seasonings, and mayonnaise
or salad dressing. Spread sliced bread with soft butter or margarine; add
filling, and cover with buttered bread.  Trim crusts; cut into small
squares, triangles, strips, etc. Yield: about 75 small sandwiches.
