INGREDIENTS
| 3 1/4 | c | All-purpose flour |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | ts | Baking soda |
| 1 | 9 oz package Borden's dried mincemeat | |
| 1 | c | Shortening |
| 1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| 3 | Whole eggs; beaten |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream shortening, add sugar gradually. Add eggs, beat until smooth. Add mincemeat, broken into small pieces. Add flour, salt and baking soda and mix well. Drop by spoonful 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake about 12 minutes in 400 degree oven. About 4 dozen cookies 3" diameter.
