8 c Plain croutons
1 c Chicken broth
2 Eggs; well beaten
Parsley and apricots for garnish

In bowl, mix stuffing ingredients until well blended. Spoon stuffing into
10 greased individual 1 cup casseroles. One hour before turkey is ready,
place casseroles in oven. Surround turkey with unmolded stuffing
