INSTRUCTIONS
1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, cilantro, lime juice and chile;
blend well.
2. Spread about 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla chop.
Top each with lettuce, shrimp and bell pepper.
