INGREDIENTS

125 g Canned tuna, drained 4oz
1 125 gram ful fat soft cream
cheese at room
temperature
4oz
2 t Freshly chopped parsley or
dill
2 t Mayonnaise
1 t Lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
1 Punnet cherry tomatoes
halved or
500 g Button mushrooms, stalk
removed 1lb
Ground paprika and small
sprigs of flat
leaf parsley to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together the tuna, cream cheese, herbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice
and seasoning.  Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a plain
nozzle.  Pipe mixture onto tomato halves or destalked mushrooms.
Sprinkle over  paprika and garnish with small leaves of parsley.
