INGREDIENTS

5 c Dashi
4 oz Thinly sliced boneless pork
2 Thinly sliced leeks
3 T Red miso
Shiso leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring the dashi to a boil. Add pork and leeks. Simmer three minutes.
Add miso. Heat until nearly boiling. Ladle into warmed soup bowls.
