INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Beans, navy or Great
Northern dry
1/4 c Beans, garbanzo or pink dry
1/4 c Beans, red or kidney dry
1/4 c Beans, black or pinto dry
1/4 c Rice, brown OR
1/4 c Wheat, rye or triticale
berries
2 T Tomatoes, sun-driedsnipped
optional
2 T Celery or green pepper
flakes
2 T Onion, dried minced
1 T Parsley flakes, dried
2 t Instant vegetable bouillon
granules
2 t Chili powder OR
2 t Curry powder OR
1 t Italian seasoning
1 t Garlic, dried minced
1/2 t Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a plastic bag or airtight container combine the beans. (They need
to soak, so are packaged separtely from seasonings.) In another bag or
container combine remaining ingredients. Seal tightly and store until
