INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, mix wasabi with soy sauce, juice and sugar. Whisk in the oil.
Mix with seafood, mizuna and tomatoes. Check for seasoning. Garnish with
daikon sprouts. This recipe yields 4 servings.
