Eggs Drop, Chocolate 48 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 c Flour
1/3 c Cocoa
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Instant coffee granules
2 ts Kahlua
1 c Sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar
1 c Butter
2 Eggs
10 oz Semisweet chocolate; cut in chunks

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 300° Blend sugars and butter. Add eggs and coffee that has
been dissolved in Kahl=FAa. Mix in dry ingredients, stir in chocolate. Drop
by spoonfuls on baking dish, bake for 23 minutes.
