Eggs Jewish 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 ts Instant coffee powder
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Egg yolk
200 g Quark, 20% fat (this means 20% by weight)

INSTRUCTIONS

Source: Jewish cooking class taught by Bilha Widman
Mix the coffee, sugar, and cocoa with just enough water to dissolve them.
Cook over low heat until the mixture starts to boil. Remove from the heat
and slowly beat in the egg yolk, then the quark.
Serve warm or cold.
