3 tb Dijon mustard
2 ts Fresh lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Blend with a
wire whisk until smooth and creamy. Makes about 1 cup
PER 1 TBS SERVING: PER SERVING: 7.3CAL, 0.1G fat (16.6% cff). (With lowfat
mayonnaise, 1 tbs has 27.3CAL, 2.6G fat/87.3% cff)
