Pack dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, pepper and (if desired) juniper berries
or rosemary in a large glass sealable jar. Cover with olive oil, seal and
place in a dark cool place for ideally 1 month. When ready to use, drain
off excess olive oil and cut tomatoes into strips.
