Ripe bananas |
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat egg white until foamy. Gradually add sugar and lemon juice. Continue
beating until stiff. Slice bananas; add to egg white mixture. Beat until
stiff and well blended and the mixture will stand in peaks. Serve on hot
ginger bread.
