INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Molasses
2/3 c Hot water
1/2 c Seedless rasins
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Cinnamon (or more)
1/2 ts Cloves
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 3/4 c Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350. Mix molasses, hot water, and rasins. Bring to boil for
5 minutes, then cool to room temperature. In another bowl, sift remaining
ingredients togeter. Add cooled molasses mixture. Mix well. Pour into a
nonstick 8x8x2 pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool and serve. Posted to fatfree
