2 T Reduced-calorie ketchup
1 T Vegetable oil
1 1/4 t Dried crushed red pepper
1/2 t Ground cumin
1/4 t Salt
2 Cloves garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate
chicken or pork. Yield: 3/4 cup  Per Tablespoon: Calories 34;
