INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
3/4 ts Ground ginger
3/4 ts Ground cloves
1/2 ts Baking soda
4 c Reduced fat bisquick®
1 lg Egg; or 1/4c egg substitute
1 c Molasses

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar, spices amd baking soda. Add to Bisquick. Combine egg (or egg
substitute) and molasses; add to dry ingredients, mix thoroughly. Chill one
hour. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Place on lightly
greased baking sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake at 375F for 10-12
minutes.
