Salad 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c Cold water
2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Worcestershire
1/8 ts Tabasco
3/4 c Mayonnaise
1 1/2 ts Grated onion
1/2 c Diced celery
1/4 c Diced bell pepper
1/4 c Chopped pimiento
1 c Chopped; cooked shrimp

INSTRUCTIONS

Soften gelatin in water 5 minutes. Place over boiling water and stir until
dissolved. Add lemon juice, salt, Worcestershire and Tabasco. Cool. Add
mayonnaise. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 1-1/2 quart mold.
Chill until set.
