INGREDIENTS

1 c Chiles, malagueta stemmed
1 c Vinegar
1 Wine bottle, 750ml
Oil, olive

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the chiles in the wine bottle, add the vinegar and olive oil to
fill. Cork the bottle securely. Place bottle in refrigerator and let
steep for at least 2 weeks, shaking the bottle infrequently.
Substitute tabascos or piquins if malagueta chiles are unavailable.  MM
