INGREDIENTS

8 oz Medium; (wide) noodles
2 c Ground leftover ham; (if you don.t have leftover ham, by imported boiled ham or a center cut with bone-in ham slice)
2 c Milk
3 lg Eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until barely tender ( DO NOT
OVERCOOK). Drain well. Combine noodles, ham, milk beaten with eggs, and
seasonings. Pour into greased casserole (my mother used a loaf pan) and
bake at 350 degrees F. for about an hour or until center is set.
