INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter; add onion. Cook until clear. Add dry seasonings, ketchup,
vinegar and sauces. Bring to a boil. Bottle and refrigerate until needed.
No better BBQ sauce for pork, chicken, beef or fish. BBQ SANDWICHES
Take leftover roast beef and slice it very thin. Place in a sauce pot and
cover with BBQ Sauce. Simmer for about 20 minutes and then pile high on a
crusty roll. Onolicious!!!
MARY'S NOTE As Emeril would say, I kick it up a notch! <g> I add a little
minced garlic and a splash of Liquid Smoke.
