Fresh blueberries; OR frozen |
INSTRUCTIONS
Sift dry ingredients together. Blend butter into dry ingredients with a
pastry blender. Beat egg slightly; add milk and blend into dry ingredients.
Gently fold in blueberries. Grease muffin tins and fill a little better
than half full. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden
brown. These are a REAL breakfast treat!
