INSTRUCTIONS
Beat yolks of 4 eggs with 3/4 cup of sugar. Add lemon and cook in a double
boiler until thick. Beat 2 egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar and fold into
cooked mixture. Put in a baked pie crust (Mom always used 9" pie' plates)
and cover with beaten whites of 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons sugar added. Bake
at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Me ke aloha, Mary
