Potatoes, sliced as for scalloped potatoes (up to 5) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preboil the potatoes. Brown the pork chops. While they are browning, make
the sauce (butter, milk, cheese, cornstarch) in a saucepan. Stir until hot
and bubbly and smooth. I use a whip. Put the sliced cooked potatoes into a
greased casserole dish (I use Pam). Pour sauce over the top, then lay pork
chops on top of that. Season to your taste. I like Lawry's Seasoned Salt.
Bake at 350 deg F. I cover with tin foil for about 20 minutes until
everything is good and hot, then I take the cover off for about 10 minutes.
To be honest with you, I add more than one cup of cheese, hubby likes it
