INGREDIENTS

4 Chicken breasts
1 tb Olive oil
2 tb Butter
1/2 c Brandy
1/2 c Green grapes
1/2 c Red grapes
1 c Dry white wine
Salt & black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter & olive oil in saute pan over medium heat. Add chicken. Saute
until brown on each side. Add brandy & light with a match. When flame goes
out, stir in grapes & wine. Simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt & freshly
ground black pepper. Serve chicken with grapes & sauce. Beautiful!
Approximately 10-15 minutes.
