Lots of mushrooms; fresh or canned |
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown ground beef or turkey with garlic in 3-quart saucepan. Salt and
pepper to taste. Add tomato paste and water, stir well. Add seasonings and
mushrooms. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered 1 1/2 to 2
hours, stirring occasionally. Makes enough for a pound of pasta.
