I think I would have preferred mozzarella cheese instead of Monterey Jack
cheese but this is still very good. Enjoy:-)
Recipe By: Quick & Easy Casseroles
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine egg white, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and
garlic powder. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese, hot spaghetti, and mixed
vegetables. Pour into prepared pan. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until
heated through.
Per serving: 264 Calories; 7g Fat (25% calories from fat); 20g Protein; 28g
Carbohydrate; 33mg Cholesterol; 445mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Serve with salad and dinner rolls.
