INSTRUCTIONS
Combine sweet paprika, cumin, pepper, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon and
cayenne in small jar and mix well. Yields 3 tablespoons.
Each tablespoon: 13 calories; 3 mg sodium; 0 cholesterol; 1 gram fat; 2
grams carbohydrates; 1 gram protein; 0.51 gram fiber
