INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the onion and garlic and cook
for 3-4 minutes. Add the chicken to the onions and cook stirring
occasionally for 10 minutes, then add the cinnamon, apricots,
coriander, tomatoes and tomato puree. Cover the pan and cook for a
further 15 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Notes Delicious served
with steamed buttered couscous and whole green beans. Converted by
