INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the peanut oil over medium heat. Saute the
sesame seeds and garlic for 3-5 minutes, until the seeds are golden. Reduce
the heat to medium-low and add the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and vegetable
oil; continue to cook for 2 more minutes. Cut cabbage into bite-sized
pieces, and place in a large bowl and pour the desired amount of warm
dressing over it, tossing to coat the cabbage evenly.
Yield: 10-16 servings (2 cups dressing)
