INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Cider vinegar
1 1/2 ts Fresh lemon juice
1/4 c Chopped parsley — fresh
2 tb Salt
2 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Dried basil
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
16 oz Frozen corn — thawed &
Drained
2 lg Tomatoes — peel/coarsley
Chop
1/2 c Green pepper — chopped
1/2 c Scallion — chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, parsely, salt,
sugar, basil, and cayenne pepper.  Stir in the remaining ingredients.  Mix
well, cover and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
