INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot, combine the carrots and all of the potatoes. Add the
orange juice, water, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Bring to a boil,
reduce the heat, and add the butter and honey. Simmer, uncovered for 1 1/2
hours or until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle
in the flour and continue simmering for 3-5 minutes, until slightly
thickened.
