INSTRUCTIONS
Pierce the steak with a fork, and cut into 1/2-inch strips; place the steak
in a plastic bag or large bowl. In a medium-sized bowl, make a marinade by
combining the remaining ingedients, except the oil. Pour the marinade over
the steak; cover and refrigerate for 1-3 hours, turning the steak halfway
through. Remove the steak from the marinade, drain, and pat dry with paper
towels; discard remaining marinade. Heat the oil in a wok or a large, deep
skillet over high heat. Add the steak and cook for 3-4 minutes, tossing
frequently until cooked through. Yield: 3-4 servings (with rice)
