INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the chicken in a shallow baking
dish that has been coated with non-stick venegtable spray and sprinkle with
the salt; set aside. In a medium-sized skillet, heat the oil over medium
heat and saute the bell peppers and onion for 2-3 minutes, just until
tender. Add the picante sauce and chili powder; stir until well blended.
Spoon the picante mixture over the chicken and cover tightly with aluminum
foil. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and uncover. Sprinkle
the cheese over the chicken and bake, uncovered for 3-5 more minutes, until
the cheese is melted.

A Message from our Provider:
“Our hopelessness and our helplessness are no barrier to (God’s) work. Indeed our utter incapacity is often the prop He delights to use for His next act… We are facing one of the principles of Yahweh’s modus operandi. When His people are without strength, without resources, without hope, without human gimmicks – then He loves to stretch forth His hand from heaven. Once we see where God often begins we will understand how we may be encouraged. #Ralph Davis”
