INSTRUCTIONS
Stir dry ingedients together. Mix rest and stir into dry ingredients,
mixing well by hand. Thin the mixture with additional milk if it is too
thick. Cook on preheated griddle with some oil on it at 400 deg. F.

NOTES : These pancakes are very hearty. They are fluffy, yet do not soak in
the butter and the pancake syrup.
