I have a recipe for Aplets, and you could use apricot nectar instead of
cider..
Dissolve 4 Tbsp unflavored gelatin in 1 cup cold cider. Boil 1 1/2 cups
cider, add 4 cups sugar, bring to boil, and add first mixture. Boil 15
minutes, then pour into a long Pyrex pan dipped in cold water. Let stand
for 24 hours, cut, and roll in powdered sugar. (I think nuts should be
added at the end of that long boil. KW)
This is an oldie, from the forties or early fifties. Good luck with it.
