Eggs Cookies, Chocolate 48 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 c All purp flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 c Dark brown sugar
3/4 c Sugar
1 c Salted butter, softened
3 lg Eggs
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Semisweet chocolate chips,
12 oz

INSTRUCTIONS

MRS. FIELDS COOKIE BOOK
Preheat oven 300 F. In med bowl combine flour, soda, salt, and cocoa. Mix
well with wire whisk and set aside. In lg bowl blend sugars with mixer at
med speed. Add butter and beat to form a grainy paste. Scrape sides then
add eggs and vanilla. Beat at med speed until light and fluffy. Add flour
mixture and chocolate chips. Blend at low speed until just combined. Do not
overmix. Drop dough by rounded Ts onto ungreased cookie sheets 1 1/2"
apart. Bake 21-23 mins. Immediately transfer to a cool surface.
