Cinnamon; to taste |

Nutmeg; to taste |

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Peel and cut bananas in half, lengthwise.
2. Mix melted butter, brown sugar and brandy.
3. Pour mixture over banans. Dust with cinnamon and microwave 30 seconds
4. Bake in oven 4-5 minutes in 350 degree oven.
5. Top with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and nutmeg.
