Vegetables Canadian Side dish, Vegetables 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

12 c Mushrooms, halved (about 2 lbs.)
1 Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c Chopped fresh basil ( or
4 tsp. dried)
1 tb Butter, melted
1 tb Balsamic or red wine vinegar
1/2 ts Each salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In bowl, toss together mushrooms, onion, basil, butter, vinegar, salt and
pepper.  Arrange on large piece of double-thickness heavy-duty foil; fold
up sides and seal tightly to form packet.
Place on grill over medium-high heat; cook for about 30 minutes or until
mushrooms and onions are tender and light golden. Makes 4 servings Typed in
