INGREDIENTS

| 8 | Hamburger buns, split and buttered |
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk eggs together in bowl. Stir in onion and mushrooms. Add next 6 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into patties, using 1/4 cup for each. Cook in greased frying pan, browning both sides.
