Mushroom Soup – cream of |
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute fresh mushrooms in butter - butter 3 pieces of white bread, cube in
small pieces. Place in bottom of well oiled large baking dish. Chop onion,
green pepper and celery - mix all three with mushrooms and spread over
bread cubes. Butter 3 more pieces of bread, cube and spread over mushroom
mixture. Beat 2 eggs with milk - pour over top. Butter three more slices of
bread, cube and spread on top. This can be refrigerated now for several
hours or overnight. One hour before serving, spoon one can of cream of
mushroom soup on top - bake one hour at 350 degrees F. Serve out of dish.
