INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
1 T Lemon juice
1 t Sugar
1 T Snipped fresh chives
1/8 t Garlic powder
3/4 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Arrange mushrooms in bowl.  Shake remaining ingredients in covered
jar; pour over mushrooms and toss.  Yield: 8 servings  Typed in
