INSTRUCTIONS

Slice mushrooms thinly. Rinse and pat dry. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of lemon
juice. In bowl, combine remaining lemon juice, oil, mustard, salt, sugar
and pepper. Stir in pimento, cheese and olives. Toss with mushrooms and
