INGREDIENTS

3/4 lb Fresh mushrooms, cleaned
1 Lemon, juiced
Salt
Pepper
1/3 c Olive oil
Chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

From: Bulldogfla <Bulldogfla@aol.com>  by Mimi Rippee  Remove stem end
and cut mushrooms into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place  in a bowl and
sprinkle with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper, and  pour on the oil.
Toss gently. Let sit for 10 minutes. To serve,  sprinkle with chopped
