Ingredients: 2 cn (4-oz) mushrooms; reserve juice; 4 tb Butter; 4 tb Flour; 1 1/2 c Chicken broth; 1/2 c Mushroom juice; 1/4 c Heavy cream; 1/2 ts Lemon juice; Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients, except cream and lemon juice; heat. Just before
serving, add cream and juice and heat through.
