INGREDIENTS

1 lb Fresh mushrooms
3 T Butter
1 Onion, diced
1 T Flour
1 Garlic clove
1 c Sour cream
1 t Dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onion in butter with garlic until tender; add sliced mushrooms,
cook 10 minutes. Combine sour cream with flour and stir to smooth
paste; add to mushroom mixture. Bring to boil stirring constantly.  Add
seasonings and simmer about 15 minutes. May also be served over  toast
