INGREDIENTS

3 c Ground walnuts
2 lg Eggs; beaten
1 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Many years ago a friend who is Sephardic on her mother's side gave me her
shul's cookbook - Sisterhood Temple Tiferes Israel.
Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs. forming thick paste.
Drop with spoon in mounds about 1 inch apart on cookie sheet (since this
was not a Pesach recipe it called for floured cookie sheet - I used Pesach
cake meal or potato starch.)
Bake for 10 minutes. Loosen each with a spatula then cool.
