INGREDIENTS

1 tb Dry mustard
2 c Dijon mustard
1/2 c Sugar
2 oz Sherry vinegar
3 oz Vegetable oil
3 oz Olive oil
1/4 c Fresh dill

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine both mustards & sugar, whisk well.
2. add vinegar and whisk.
3. Slowly begin to add oil, forming an emulsion.
4. Finish with fresh dill.
NOTES : YIELD: 1 PINT
