INSTRUCTIONS
Core and cut each tomato into 3 thick slices; arrange in shallow greased
baking dish.
Stir together Parmesan, mayonnaise, parsley, onion, mustard, oregano, salt
and pepper; spread over tomatoes. Bake in 400°F oven for about 12 minutes
